When I called Mike, I told him I need a home inspector but have no idea what that entails etc and to please help! He was the most communicative, professional, friendly and overall knowledgable person. Several of my friends have bought their first homes over the last few months and none were happy with the inspector they went with so I was nervous going in. Turns out, I got lucky with the absolute best inspector out there! Mike answered all questions the day of, as he walked through checking everything, I would ask random questions and he was more than happy to answer and provide an explanation as needed. I would 100% recommend Mike to anyone I know that is in need of a home inspector. Even my realtor took down his info to recommend to future clients.
